剛安裝了 5.0 , 但server 只 support 'utf-8' , 其它的會 error

一般模版/Hack是用Big5/GBK做预设编码的
要用编码程式(ConventerZ)转成utf-8 才可以成功显示
输入论坛资料也不忘要用utf-8
